<p>Those are the admit rates for the last two years. Being from out of state and a good high school may or may not help.</p>

<p>My high school’s unweighted GPA system makes it so that only an A+ would qualify as a 4.0. An A would be a 3.8, and an A- would be a 3.6. However the UC System makes it so that both an A- and an A+ would qualify as a 4.0. I have an A-/A average, so that would correlate to a 3.69 unweighted, but a 4.33 UC GPA.</p>

<p>I think you have a solid chance. I don’t think you need to retake those SAT subject tests, though.</p>

<p>Try for a leadership role in your extracurriculars. I don’t know about out of state, but for California schools you get bonus points for going to an underperforming high school.</p>

<p>Unweighted GPA maybe a little low, but I think everything else makes up for it. Very good chance of making it.</p>
