Please chance me for Berkeley, UCLA, Stanford, UT

I'm from Texas, my GPA is roughly a 3.6, my sat scores are 670 math, 610 reading, 660 writing, 11 on the essay. 27 composite on the ACT but im retaking it. I was involved in the all state matching band for 3 years, played on the Drumline for 2 and was a leader for one (possibly the most demanding program at school, in the summer it's almost 60 hours a week). I've been taking my schools engineering program for 3 years, will be 4 after next year. I'm a junior about to be senior. I've been in UIL, Chess, debate, rocketry club, I created an aviation club with over 30 members, almost a dozen of which have flown private pilots lessons through the club, and I am president of that, president of NTHS, I've been in NHS for 2 years, played in the jazz band, varsity swim team for two years, and I've taken the hardest available classes all throughout highschool. Other achievements, top 10% of the class, 1st place state chess champ (back in middle school). I have job experience with my parents' business, been working for over a year. By the end of this summer hopefully ill have 200 hours of community service. My GPA will be going up quite a bit senior year. At least 4.0.
Please, recommend what I should do and where I should go. Intended major is between civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and computer science. Military service is very possible. If not, law school is something I'd really like to do, my parents are pushing for med school so maybe that also.

Is 3.6 your uw GPA in 4.0 max scale? You SAT score is too low for Stanford and UCB.

Yes it is. Sat is gonna be retaken

Try your best to improve your SAT score. Your GPA at 3.6 is rather low. Hopeful with 4.0 in senior year, it will bring the overall GPA to 3.7. And yet, that is still too low for top schools. UT may be fine.

You have good chances for UT, but you need to raise your SAT to be competitive for the other 3.

Stanford: High Reach
UCB: Reach
UCLA: Reach
UT: Match

If you cant raise your GPA or SAT, do a ton of ECs to make up for them if you wanna get into the top schools

Thanks so much guys! My SAT and ACT will go up. I’m just gonna make it happen. No questions or excuses, they will be way more impressive this time next year.
As far as GPA goes, next year I am going to attempt taking 7 AP classes throughout the year. God help me. If all goes well however, my GPA will skyrocket. And that too, will get done. Just do it.
I have a lot of determination I suppose.
ECs, I’m running for student president, I’m president of two clubs, founded an aviation club, will possibly get my private pilots license this summer. Ill also join every other club I enjoy, which is usually all of them. I’ve already been working out 24/7 for basketball, there’s a summer league I’m in, and ill try out for varsity this year. If everything I said happens and I do everything I possibly can, I believe I will get in. If not, there’s nothing more I can do. I love UT and I would honestly love to be a longhorn. But this is a pride thing, it’s personal to me. Thanks so much everyone, please don’t hesitate to say anything on your mind

Your EC looks fine. But you need to pass the first barrier which is your test scores. Try to get 30+/2000+ for UT which may be possible for you. For the other ones, it would be hard even if you get 34/2250.
