Work: Around the neighborhood, I'm a dog-sitter and occasionally a babysitter. I'm working as a lifeguard this summer though!

Music: I've played the Piano since the 6th grade (about 5 years thus far). Once I entered highschool, I participated in Gold Cup, which is sponsored by the NFMC. I have gotten a Superior Rating (5/5) each year since (3 times). In addition to piano, I also learn music theory (which is why I took AP Music Theory). I take the Texas State Music Theory Test every year in high school, and in 2011, I became a Bronze Medalist for my score.

Awards/Honors/Certificates: (that I have gotten or I know for sure I will get)

I give free math tutorials as it is a part of my duties to MAO. As VP I am now the head tutor. I give free chemistry tutorials as a part of my duties to NSHS. I clean up the trail adopted by the NSHS (via the Adopt-a-Pathway Program) every month I read to ESL kids every Friday as part of my duties to NEHS. This summer I have been accepted to volunteer at a hospital for about 16-20 hours a week for the whole summer. I traveled to to China last year to help build a school, during the entire summer.

Recommendation Letters:

One amazing one from a teacher I have had twice. She sponsors my club and has told me that even if I don't ask her, she'll write me a rec letter. Apparently this teacher writes really good rec letters, and I'm going to ask her because I loved her class. I'm currently her aide in grading papers and tutoring kids so I think it will be good.
