Really unsure about where I stand with my schools and not sure if I have enough safety schools!

App:
Essay: Strong, about being a minority in my family and how my culture has opened me up to many opportunities
Recs: Don't know, couldn't read them, but I chose two of my teachers who really like me

The colleges I would like to know my chances for:
• UW- Madison
• UW- Seattle
• Tulane
• Northeastern
• NYU
• Fordham
• Barnard (I know... such a reach!)
I am out of state for all of these schools. I would need some money as well from the private schools for them to become an option as my parents will not pay 60k a year for my undergraduate education.

This is a lot to read so I really appreciate any feedback at all! Thank you!
