It would be really nice if I can get some advice from you all on transferring in Winter 2020. I would receive a green card this coming May and would need to decide my state of residency soon after in June. If there is a higher than average chance for me to get into U of M, I would reside in Michigan for that reason; if not, then I would be in Illinois. So please chance me!

International for now, but will be a green card resident when I apply

Freshman at Oberlin College (top 30 LAC)
Majors: Biochemistry and biology
College GPA: 3.90-3.95 (all A/A+s, one B+)
Credits: 56 in totall by Winter 2020, 32+16 (Fall 2019) + 8 (AP)
Course: 8 STEM, 2 art/humanity, 2 social sciences
Rec letter: 2 (from Chem and Bio profs who adore me)
Extra Circulars:
-AMSA (American Medical Student Association)
-Chinese student association
-Active Volunteer in Ann Arbor
NO work experience whatsoever
HS:
Top 3 private in Michigan
GPA UW: 3.34 or 3.4 (Medical reasons, had 8 APs…)
SAT: 1480
TOEFL: 110 (expired)
Some awards and sports and extra circulars
Essays: 8.5/10
I will only be applying for U of M, and will mention that in my personal statement.
Please let me know if more information is required! It is kind of important since I also need to go there because of certain medical reasons, and I would need to plan ahead for treatments.
