<p>I think you should have a good chance especially with your strong math/physics background I’m not sure if SAT IIs play a big role in Penn State admissions, but they can’t hurt. Your SAT and GPA are in the range for University Park.</p>
<p>I would say if you have anytime try to retake your SATs especially since you want to get accepted into the engineering school but other than that you seem like a qualified applicant. Unforunately, I do not think PSU considers or will never look at your SAT 2 scores as factors for admissions and also realize you will most likely be full pay or close to that for an oos applicant.</p>
