Please chance me, transfer students!!!

Applying as a Fall 2010 in-state transfer from Wake Tech CC...

I'm applying after a shaky HS performance without any extracurriculars, two years off in between HS and college, and then realizing I legitimately wanted to learn and get a higher education and finishing two full-time semesters (working on my third right now) at a NC community college with a 4.0 GPA, something I realize is not uncommon at community college. I thought I wrote a pretty damn good essay (part of which addressed the shortcomings mentioned in this post) and I've maintained a forty-hour work week since graduating HS (even while enrolled in the full-time school schedule), so hopefully those two things are enough to negate my shortcomings. We'll see. I get more nervous by the day. UNC-CH is the only school I applied to for this fall; I am going to apply again next fall with my AA if I don't get in and probably fill out the Transfer Common App as well. What do you guys think--will I get in?

Come on, anybody! What are my chances???
