please..give me your advice

My school is considered an 'elite' highschool in an academic mecca[ seniors can enroll in amherst college courses, as well as smith, mount holyoke, hampshire college, and classes in the university of Massachusetts]).

however, we do not offer that many APs. We have AP euro, AP latin (lit and verg), AP spanish, AP german, AP french, AP bio, AP calc(ab and bc), AP Envirometal, AP World Lit, and AP american Lit.

by the end of my senior year (i am now a junior-our school only allows juniors and seniors to take APs) I will have taken all of the APs except spanish, german and french (which don't apply...although i might try spanish b/c it is my 3rd yr w/ a summer study). Including AP studio art as an indepentent study.

that being said, i would like to know if people would reccomend taking one of the english APs this spring so that i could get another ap under my belt before sr. yr.

I am in AP world lit this year (AP american lit nxt yr-it is a 2 yr program ..ending w/ an eng course at Amherst in the field of ur 'choice') and i was wondering if someone could reccomend if/which eng ap test i should take and how to prepare! (keep in mind i will be studying for 3 other APs)

thanx

You might as well take it this year. AP Lang is not bad, and I don't think AP Lit will be either. AP Lit requires you to be able to analyze poetry, though, which most people find hard. Go to collegeboard's AP site to see if you have read the books used most frequently on the Lit essays.
