<p>I applied to Rutgers in october Early action and I still haven't heard anything. They are my main school, so it's REALLY distressing to have thoughts of being denied, but I've made good ties with admissions and my criteria is fine. If it's taking this long, should I just expect to be denied? if they really were going to accept me, wouldn't they have done it already?? Is anyone in the same predicament as I? </p>

<p>You’ve already gotten some good answers, there is still time left. I would imagine you’re on the borderline so they’re waiting until the last minute to give you a decision.</p>
<p>If you posted your stats people could help predict your chances, but there’s no point in constantly making identical threads.</p>
<p>Don’t worry about it, I’m in the same boat as you. I have an ~1800 SAT score and a 3.4 QPA. I submitted my application on Oct. 31st and it is still in process.</p>
<p>I’m convinced that Rutgers admission is completely random. I’ve been seeing a lot of people who not only applied 1 - 2 months later than me, but they also had significantly lower stats than me and got into the same schools I applied to (SAS, SEBS, RBS, all in NB).</p>
<p>A friend of mine had a ~1650 SAT score and a 3.0 GPA and got in before me haha.</p>
<p>I’m sure a lot of the people in the same boat will find out some time this week, I’m not sure why but I just have a feeling.</p>
