PLEASE HELP! - Admitted to Graduate School without submitting all undergraduate transcripts!!

I have applied to graduate school for Fall 2014. When I applied, I put in information about my previous schools attended, but accidentally left one out! I am a non-traditional student and had a attended a few schools so it was hard to keep track. This particular school, I had only attended for ONE class (online), which I ended up withdrawing from (marked as Withdraw-Failing because it was past the withdrawal date).

After I submitted my graduate school applications, I realized my mistake and emailed colleges telling them about the missing transcript. Surprisingly, most said not to worry about it since it was one class, unrelated to my major. Unfortunately, despite repeated emails, I did NOT get answers from all of my schools.

Flash forward to now, and one of the schools that I emailed (multiple times) has admitted me, and I have accepted my spot. Now I'm realizing they still have no idea about the missing school despite my repeated attempts to rectify it.

What do I do? I don't want to be kicked out later or have my degree revoked, but in my defense I didn't "conceal" my records, I accidentally left it out and have proof of repeated emails attempting to add it back to my application, which were ignored.

Advice?

I highly doubt that this one oversight (especially one that you attempted to correct) is going to have an impact on your admission.

I would call the departmental secretary and nonchalantly explain the situation to her (“This is a minor detail, but I realized when reviewing my materials that I forgot to submit a transcript for one class I took and withdrew from a different college several years ago. Would you like me to send it? It just has a withdraw-F mark because I withdrew after the withdrawal deadline”). Most likely she’ll say forget it; she may ask for the transcript just to have it on record, but this is not a big deal.

For future reference - if you email a school (or anyone - job interview, etc.) repeatedly for an administrative issue and no one responds, pick up the phone and call them. Email can be easily lost and sometimes, email addresses are changed. The phone is immediate.

With the email paper trail proving you tried to let them know, I’m pretty sure you’ll be safe. Or you can call your new program director and just tell them you want to make sure your mistake’s on record, and that you’ve tried to let them know before.

Even if they did find out later, I highly doubt they would dismiss you from the program, unless there are other reasons they want you out and this is the only concrete thing they can pin on you. And even then, you have records that you tried to let them know in advance. One transcript from a school where you took one class that you withdrew from is only going to bother the most uptight schools. Give them a call, if you’re concerned about it (and get the name of the person you speak to, just in case it becomes an issue later), but I wouldn’t fret about it.
