Please help me decide between 3 topics for UC prompt #1

UC Prompt #1: Describe the world you come from — for example, your family, community or school — and tell us how your world has shaped your dreams and aspirations.

I have narrowed it down to these topics so please help me decide which one is best to write about:

For my community service hours, I interned for my Congressman for 2 months and got really into the entire campaign process. It has inspired me to be involved with the community as much as possible and that I will be an active member in politics throughout my entire life.

I feel like I have seen two completely different worlds because my mom has been working at Wal-Mart for 8 years at minimum wage while my dad earns over $200,000 a year as an engineer. It has inspired me to pursue college and graduate school because of the many more opportunities that I will have with a higher education as seen through my dad.

I have been through so many family/friend issues that dealt with mental illnesses, but my parents do not want to spend money on a family therapist because they think it is a waste of money. After I took AP Psych and was completely fascinated with the topic, I wanted to major in psychology but my parents do not support it at all because they said that Asians do not major in subjects like that, they want me to be an engineer or a scientist. However, this has just encouraged me more to prove them wrong and pursue a subject that I really love.

It’s really appreciated if you could tell me which topic you like best. Thank you!!

I like the idea of #2 for this. I imagine you could use #1 for an EC-related question, and #3 as part of your personal statement or something.

Use your volunteering experience in politics in prompt 2 of the UC essay requirement.

Merge 2 and 3 above in answering prompt 1. The world you come from includes your parents different careers, what you have learnt from it, how it has motivated you. It also includes their aspirations for you -- to go college, become a scientist, or engineer but excludes psychologists due to their cultural biases. And, of course, this gives you the opportunity to discuss your response to this and to lay out your own aspirations. This will allow you to both reflect on the "world" you come from and reveal who you are and intend to be.

2 sounds really interesting i think.

1 and #2 sound the most interesting to me, maybe combine the two? if not just #2 and put #1 in your extra curriculars and add some detail as to how it affected you in that catagory.

alright i will go for #2 thank you soo much! :)
