i maxed out my schedule this year including taking 3 AP's (English, Statistics and Spanish) I'm looking towards stern or maybe pre-law and I was wondering do you think I should drop statistics?

if you're aiming for stern, do not, do not, do not drop statistics... just don't drop in general, unless you think there's no way you could manage to do well in that class.

Generally speaking, if you are unable to handle these 3 APs in a single year, you may have difficulty dealing with a college curriculum at the more selective schools. If the three were AP Calc, AP Bio, and AP History you would be justified in thinking that you have stretched yourself, but from what I have seen of AP Stats it is pretty lame, AP Lang actually does a great job preparing you for the verbal portion of the SAT, and AP Spanish... well, I know nothing about AP foreign language, but my guess is that if you have done well in Spanish 2,3 and 4, you should not have too much difficulty with AP Spanish
