Please help me out in picking colleges to apply to

I live in North Carolina and I'm going to be a Senior in the fall. I was wondering if anyone could give me suggests on which colleges to apply to according to a few criteria (Yes I've already started looking, I'm just looking for additional suggestions).

Academics:
4.82 weighted GPA, 3.92 unweighted GPA
Top 10% of my class
SAT score of 2010 (superscored): 650 Math, 680 Reading, 680 Writing
I've taken AP Psychology, AP Government and Politics, AP US History, AP Chemistry, and AP English and I will be taking AP English, AP World History, AP Environmental Science, AP Statistics, AP Human Geography, and AP Micro/Macroeconomics.
I'm an academically motivated student but I'm not particularly competitive. I like hands-on learning and learning about things that actually apply to real life. I'm mostly interested in Business, mainly things like marketing, real estate, entrepreneurship and Social Sciences like psychology, economics, political science, and history. I'm a fairly good writer as well. I want a college that challenges me academically but is not overwhelming. Schools that have good systems set up for internships and career counseling are ideal.

Location:
I like being in places where there is a lot going on and lots of things to do. I love big cities but I also like being outdoors and enjoy things like backpacking. I'm not really looking to stay in the South and prefer cold weather to hot weather. Even though I like big cities, places like NYU are not what I'm looking for in that there really is no campus feel there and the school blends in with the rest of the city. I would like a more stereotypical campus feel.

On Campus:
A school with a respectable sports program is a definite plus. If the school has lots of school spirit but doesn't win a lot, that's okay. Active campuses are ideal, I would like there to always be something going on on campus and I don't want a commuter school. Colleges with more lenient campus rules and campus police is good. I do drink and smoke weed so I'd prefer a school where those happen, an exciting social scene exists, and finding a good party is easy to do. I would like for the people at my college to be outgoing, friendly, and relaxed and more liberal than conservative. I'm not sure if Greek life is totally my thing although I don't mind Greek life or have a problem with it or anything.

If anyone has any suggestions, that would be fantastic and I'd be very grateful. Thank you
