Please help me to find college?

I am international student planning to study in Us for engineering.I gave my first sat 1 on dec 2018 and,i scored 1270.
Since the sat score in low, i decide to apply in test optional college.I studied GCE A-levels(british curriculum) and received AABC on it.I also gave subject test and scored 750 on physics,730 on maths lvl2 and chemistry. My toefl score is 104.
My EFC is 9000 dollar per year. Will i get into good college by sending these score? Can you list some colleges where i have a god shot of getting admitted?

I’m sorry Lehigh didn’t work out.

Engineering is a tough admit, engineering on full scholarship is tough, and engineering with a full scholarship (which is what you need) for an international applicants is only realistic for supers strong applicants. Sadly, a 1270 (or 1370 from your other posts) won’t do it.

Many test-optional colleges and universities do not offer engineering; the ones that do (such as GWU, Hofstra, all of the state universities) don’t have much aid for international students, or set minimum contribution requirements (such as WPI, which requires a minimum financial contribution of $21K).

Based on what you have shared on CC, the US doesn’t look realistic. As a poster on another thread of yours suggested, Europe might be a better bet for you. There are at least 50 engineering degrees in Europe that are taught in English, with super low tuition (in some cases, no tuition). You can look for programs on the EUnicas site.

thank you.
