“Great financial aid” is very rare for international students and usually only available at a few very top universities. A 1370 SAT unfortunately indicates you won’t be eligible for those, but also you give no clue as to what high school course you are following (A levels? IB? A national curriculum?), what your grades are, or what you are actually interested in studying, all of which are important for knowing what will “fit” you
Have you looked in your country of residence for scholarships available to study internationally?
There are many other countries with cheaper but good university systems that may be better for you to look at if costs are a big constraint.

How much can your family afford to pay?
AAB is good but not good enough for the top schools that are need-blind for internationals.
Again, how much your family can pay is an important question. US universities are very expensive. There are excellent engineering schools in Europe that will probably be more affordable.
