<p>hey guys, im just wondering what you all think my chances are of getting into the following/where people think i should apply ED: tufts, cornell, georgetown, barnard... they're all reaches (i have safety schools of course!!!), georgetown is my dream school (has been forever) but im worried that its too much of a reach.. but just let me know what you think based on the following!</p>
<p>SAT Reasoning: 640 sat math (im taking it again i know its low), 750 verbal, 800 writing</p>
<p>SAT IIs: 700 writing, 680 sat math I, I plan on taking spanish and should probably get a much better score on it</p>
<p>Honor roll all 3 years (hopefully will be four after I start in the fall), my school doesnt give rankings but i think im in the top 10 %; my course load is my strongest point.. i was one of only a few juniors w/ 3 aps junior year w/ 5s on AP spanish lang and AP US history, ended my year with a GPA of 5.0 out of 6.0 at a very competitive school, taking 4 aps next year (gov, spanish lit, english, and bio)</p>
<p>Varsity track all four years, captain next year, 3rd and 4th place in New Englands div. 1 </p>
<p>Varsity volleyball, co-captain when I played JV freshman year</p>
<p>Board of our school's volunteer council</p>
<p>Staff writer for the school paper for four years, staffer and associate editor of the yearbook, recieved a gold key for a scholastic writing competition</p>
<p>PASSIONATE about improving children's education in impoverished countries after I spent 7 weeks in honduras via the amigos de las americas program teaching the community's children about the environment and sanitation, work with junior achievement and will probably do that in place of volleyball as a fall ex, co-head of invisible children club at my school</p>
<p>worked at a law firm this summer because i am potentially interested in law, love to blog on huffpost!</p>
<p>please, please, please let me know what you think my chances are at the above schools and if any of you think i have a shot at georgetown! id be soooo grateful for any input!!</p>
