I got into both Cooper Union and NYU. Normally I would choose Cooper without a doubt but NYU offered my a scholarship of 60k a year leaving my tuition, dorm, books, and transportation fees around 7k a year. Cooper on the other hand is 21k if I don’t dorm and 34k if I do dorm(and going to increase after freshman year due to no housing). Any advice on what school I should consider? The pros and cons of each? I am planning on going to graduate school while maintaining a job so… opportunities each school can offer to the outside world?
I am studying chemical engineering in freshman year. So the albert nerken school of engineering at cooper and nyu tandon for nyu
@Student315 Not sure if you decided yet, but I suggest you go to NYU Tandon. I also got into the Cooper Union and I’m definitely going there because they gave me around $50k, leaving me with only about $4k to pay
Nyu
NYU without question.
