<p>it wasn’t a mistake. I just wanted to edit a ‘why (insert college name)’ statement.</p>
<p>Many colleges suggest that you leave apps as-is. In many cases, making such a correction would only highlight the error.</p>
<p>I’m not correcting something wrong, I just want to revise what I said and truly express why I want to go to a certain college.</p>
<p>I’m pretty sure it’s too late. I think it’ll look bad like you didn’t spend enough time on it the first time around and that therefore, you aren’t really interested in the school. Unless, your statement was only one sentence fragment or something, I really wouldn’t edit it. I think it’ll do more harm than good.</p>
