I am seeking suggestions for books to prepare for act sat and any online services, or even one on one tutoring for SAT ACT Testing.
Please advise, thank you so much!

I’m guessing you already know about this, but Khan Academy has free SAT practice. There are something like 8 different CB-approved practice tests.
College Board Practice tests
The best one is the one that you will actually do. Many people buy books and flash cards and never even crack them open. Many more use the free resources available on College Board and Khan Academy and do very, very well. Start with what is readily available. There is no magic pill. You are in for more hard work, but it will certainly pay dividends. Best of luck to you.
SAT Books - Try Princeton Review or Barrons. For SAT EBRW, The Critical Reader: The Complete Guide to SAT Reading by Erica L. Meltzer is my recommendation. The best online prep is probably PrepScholar (best free prep is Khan Academy), but as others have said, you should do the 8 College Board tests first and review your mistakes carefully.
I found Erica Meltzer for writing book really helpful.
UWorld Maths section was much helpful for me, too on that side.
Uworld has been helpful to me and my students for the math section of SAT
For me, uworld has been the best sat prep resource. For math, it offered some of the most common questions which many make mistakes on, and have explained them brilliantly. I used to get 10 mistakes in math, but uworld’s questions ensured I would practice those questions because their qbank is massive. After using uworld for a month, I had gotten 800 in math for the two trials I have done. And for english, uworld was of much help, it helped me know where to improve, and how to improve. In reading, I was able to know how to easily spot an answer to a question because uworld explained me whoch parts of the text included the answer. The same goes with grammar, uworld introduced me to the pattern questions have. The questions share similar concepts, it’s just a matter of practice and good explanation which uworld provides fabulously.
There are a few novels which are designed to use a lot of SAT words and have s glossary in the back of the book as well. One of our kids found it amusing but honestly has an excellent vocabulary so I’m not sure it really made any difference.
Agree that the key is finding what your student will actually do and where the student’s strengths and weaknesses are. If it’s a timing issue, there are strategies to work in to improve it. If it’s that they never learned the math, of course having them learn the math should improve the math scores.
Many of the kids we know went to the SAT prep course taught over the summer at the private HS our kids attended. Some found it helpful, others not so much. The price was about $500 or so for the 6 week summer course, M-F, 2 hrs/day, if I’m recalling correctly.
Most folks swear by taking and studying the past real SAT exams.
