Please recommend matches and safeties, and compare some schools

My top choices are NYU, BU, Northeastern, and Fordham. I believe they're all reaches, and money is of no concern for them. But if I don't get into any of those, my parents said they are not willing to pay the same amount of money for less reputable schools. They say they would only pay 35,000$ for other schools in tuition.
My stats aren't stellar.
Around 3.35 GPA UW, and 3.51W by the end of junior year (I know, awful.) And around 3,47 UW and 3.7 W by the end of first semester senior year (predicted). I had an awful GPA freshman year (2.5) but straight As ever since sophomore year (lots of APs and Honors).
I predict ~2000 on the SAT based on practice tests.
ECs: some student clubs and tennis.
I'm going to major in business.

I think DePaul in Chicago is a match for my stats. It's also within my budget.
Another school I'm interested in is CUNY Baruch, but is the average GPA of entering freshmen really 3.14?! I always hear it has a very decent business school, but with that average GPA, I think I can do a little better.
I'd highly prefer schools that are located in or around New York City, Chicago, Washington DC, Boston, or Philadelphia. So please, if you know of any schools that would possibly take me with my stats and have a decent business program, do tell.

So comparing schools...
Which of these do you think is better for business?
DePaul vs Temple
DePaul vs CUNY Baruch
Temple vs CUNY Baruch
Northeastern vs Fordham

Thank you in advance!

Here is the CDS section for Baruch. http://www.baruch.cuny.edu/ir/documents/CDS_C.pdf</a> It’s a little higher than 3.14. Remember it is a City school for NY and only 4% of students come from OOS unlike major universities. I’m sure the 4% come for the reason you are considering them - access to NY businesses for internships, etc. It is a good option (remember that you will also have to come up with room and board which is expensive in NYC).
