Why did I choose UCF?
- I chose UCF for many key reasons, the most important being that UCF offers excellent programs in all fields of Engineering and that the knowledge available is at a higher standard than other Florida Universities. One of the most important factors in the programs being as good as they are is due to the faculty consisting of high quality individuals. It is apparent that the professors and faculty were picked not only by their resumes but also by their character and feelings toward education. All my past peers that attend UCF tell me how amazing the school is; the curriculum, people, events, extracurricular activities and just the whole atmosphere in general. They say UCF has everything and that they wouldnt attend any other university and during my visit to UCF I got a feel of just why they meant that, the school itself left me in awe, out of the universities Ive toured none left an imprint like UCF. Not only was it how well the campus was maintained but also the students, they were all happy, walking around with confidence at an upbeat pace, they all seemed to be so involved and eager to meet new people helping promote the interactive lifestyle at UCF. Out of all the universities considered I dont see myself going anywhere rather than UCF, the environment, involvement and prestige academics satisfy my needs as a Student to get involved, explore, and discover new paths and open the door to greater opportunity.

What qualities or unique characteristics do you possess that would allow you to contribute to the UCF community?
- Those who know me would say that I am eager to discover and curios to explore new opportunities which grant potential to better myself as an individual and in turn, better those around me. Whether it be from a physical standpoint such as monetary gain or a human standpoint such as knowledge or morality, I intend on taking up every opportunity given at UCF within my capability to better myself and those around me. I also have an immense desire to succeed; my father was never able to fully provide for me as a child which has burned into me a driving force to prosper in the future in order to provide for my family to the best of my abilities. This has also taught me to be resourceful and independent, that if I wanted something I had to earn it myself, from starting off knowing absolutely nothing about home repairs and walking up to remodelers to offer my physical labor for free to acquire the skills and knowledge needed to start offering my services for sale to landing an office job as a sales representative with Safeguard America
