Colleges wanting to apply to: Princeton, Johns Hopkins, Duke, etc.

I'm currently a junior but I'm worried about my ECs, so far this is what I have:

1) Worked at a local hospital for 90 hours.
2) Did shadowing for a Doctor for a week.
3) played varsity tennis (9th grade, 10th grade, and currently in 11th)
4) was selected to a prestigious internship program in the state and did it for about a month.
5) Really into Math Contests. Ranked atleast 20 out of about 150 participants in a about 4 or 5 state and regional math contests.
6) Part of the state math team (which chooses about 50 people from the entire state) and participated in the ARML contest which is National.
7) AMC 12 score of 130+ and qualified for the AIME (haven't taken it yet though)
8) Really into Art (sketching) and placed in a few Art contests.

These are the ECs I've done so far, do you guys think I need more for the colleges I'm trying to apply to? (assuming my SAT is 2250+ and GPA is about 4.2)

Oh I might as well tack on National Honors Society and took part in school quizbowl team last year, and my school team won a state science contest.

...for the record, medicine is not a major anywhere...biology or chemistry or physics or even some maths are majors; premed is a major at some places, but medicine isn't the major...it's the career path

Example:
I want to study medicine, but I want to major in biology.

haha sorry buddy, i agree with Anonymous. i hate when people correct me about saying "business" as a major or something though...i don't know anything about it, sucks for me. i want to be a doctor too.
and i think i'm an 'overachiever with nothing special' too. damn. you have better stats than i do...but i don't want to go to princeton.. im hoping i can get into cornell.
