I am going to retake the SAT and the SAT IIs most probably. But these are my stats as of now. I also want to know if I have a better shot ED, or RD?

if you had 700/750+ sat scores as a brown person, you have like 25 percent chance of getting in. As a brown with sub 700 scores, your chances are like 15-20 percent.

the percentages I throw out are not scientific, what is scientific is the marginal decrease of chances from slim for an ideal candidate to less than slim for a less than ideal candidate. don't lose sleep over it man, you'll get into a medschool/business school somewhere

You have okay stats. I'm guessing a lot of other applicants look somewhat like you, but you have a fair chance. I would guess you'd get deffered (maybe accept @ CAS, defer @ wharton). But then again, who knows?

Does it hurt that I have so many 1-yr clubs?

Should I just put down 2-yrs for the 1-yr clubs if I am still partaking in them this year? Or will the colleges find this cheating? Or this just completely, outrageously unethical?

I would downplay (read: not include) clubs that you were in for a year, and then quit. If you were in the club only for you senior year, those are fine. (I thought most schools asked for the years you were in a club, ie 9, 10, 11, 12 on the app sheet so it was clear what's an entire year (jr year) and what's a fraction (sr. year)
