Topic: Is it important to question the ideas and decisions of those in positions of authority?

Is it necessary to challenge what people of authority claim to be true ? some people believe that we should challenge the people of authority ; I , other other hand , believe that the opposite is undoubtedly true , and my personal experience strongly support my thesis .

It was only when i was a sixth grade , and i had been exposed with my first experience with discriminating . A discriminating teacher who believed that the white people were superior than the black people ; how ever , she did not believe in the power of "we". she usually used to say tht people were born in races , and tht we must treat each other according to one's race . Being a white guy , i didn't face a lot of trouble in her classes in but my black collegues really faced a harsh time in er periods .
She used to differentiate between us . she never allowed any black guy to seat in the front seats ; she didn't allow any black guy to ask her for anything ; How ever , this situation didn't last for long when Jack exploded on her explaining what is meant by the power of " we " and that we are strong as long as we are treated as a unit not as an individual ; He criticized her way of differentiating between us , and as a reply she left the class .
It took her 2 days to come to my class , but this time she came with a baggage full with gifts as an apology ; consequently , she said that she will retire because she needs time to readjust her strategies and course of action and finally she thanked jack because he helped her in renewing her barbaric way of thinking
After this incident in my life , I strongly believe tht we must criticize what people of authority claim to be true .
