Pokemon!

So, Pokemon red/blue/yellow is making a comeback at my school. Anyone else?

I love the original pokemon but I always think the original gameplay is too slow. And the remakes were just unpopular...

Pokemon at my school = the new one…it’s kind of sad because almost all who play are at least in the top 20 of their class; therefore, POKEMON MAKES YOU SMART!

I like Pokemon, I saw a kid playing it on the DS at school this past month.

I think I have blue or red and yellow… but I can’t play it on my game systems. So I’ll probably just play the newest one I bought… probably 1-2 years ago.

A lot of kids in my school plays pokemon, and a large majority of them are the cool boys actually. It sure is making a comeback, and those DS are just getting cooler with every new generation. There’s this secret Pokemon trainer’s club that’s currently hush hush. I believe, you need to be a real good pokemon trainer or something, even I got denied into their admission! My poor Gardevoir never lost too :'[

Gotta catch 'em all!!

Gotta Catch 'em all!

Gotta Catch 'em all!

i havent heard of anything pokeman related being mentioned at my school…yet :/

I need to get started on my soul silver!! After the AP tests are done…PKMN here I commeeee!!!

^ I’m with you! I got Pokemon Heart Gold, and I’m ready to get cracking after all the A.P test next week.

I understand Pokemon craze…I loved Pokemon when I was in elementary and middle school.
But now?
As a high schooler??

I think its kinda childish…I’d rather play Mass Effect 2 and Halo 3 and Gears of Wars 2, etc.

^^ haha we should have a total CC party of playing pokemon after ap’s/exams/sats and stuff!!!

it’ll be lots of fun :P

^ I Challenge you on a Pokemon Battle! Go Feraligatr!
( After my A.P Bio Exam, lol)

^ Haha!!!

I gotta see if I have a trainer that doesn’t have level 12 pokemon :stuck_out_tongue:
(I seem to stop before I get anywhere good…)

^ Lol! I know sometimes it would be really boring to train a Pokemon. It just takes too long to kill a pigeon or a rat sometimes. I especially hate if, a cocoon poisons you and you have to rush to the nearest hospital!

I kinda stopped pokemon after I did collect all 150 and then they came out with more and I was like “SCREW THIS BULL!”. I mean, you work so hard to collect 150 and then they come out with more? No. I even had a pokedex, I’d need to get another one and all this and remember all the new ones and just…no.

^ Some of the new ones aren’t that bad. I mean, I have this wierd looking one in Platinum, I’m not sure whether its a jellyfish or chime bell. It’s annoying though that there’s so many “ancient pokemon crap.” I think its ridiculous and its a total bull, but whateva.
I know I’m 18 and I should seriously stop playing kids game, but I see no harm in sitting in front of my DS eating ice cream, watching Glee, and playing Pokemon during commercials.

 • which is what I’m totally doing right now*

^I feel your pain bro.

^ Yo bro, don’t be hatin, jk lol.
Seriously, why do people avoid it likes its a disease or something? Its like if you have lice and you’re afraid people would know your dark secret, so you hide whenever you have the urge to play good ol’ Pikachu. We’re just people too! :d

Yes! I love Pokemon. I used to play competitively on Smogon, but I’m too busy now. And smart people definitely play pokemon :] I think ten of the people in our calc BC class play…

pokemon made a brief comeback at my school  was gba versions though like fire red and leaf green. Lol by the end of it I had trained up 5 100lv’s with EV training too

Seriously, what’s so ‘childish’ about playing Pok

lolz^

Pokemon Yellow = greatest handheld game known to man. I love having Pikachu walk behind me :stuck_out_tongue: Also, the original graphics have so much character to them, and Generation 1 is so so awesome.
