I've heard that Lehigh is mainly a science/math/engineering school, so I was wondering anyone's take on this. I personally look to go into Political Science, and was looking for any input on Lehigh's program.

As you have stated, Lehigh is primarily known for its engineering program. Also, it’s Business program is strong and heavily recruited by top firms.

Lehigh does have a perfectly fine Pol Sci department, but keep in mind, it is not the focus at that school, reasearch opportunities will be limited as there is no PhD program for Pol Sci at Lehigh as far as I know. It is also situated pretty remotely, so internships in government or law would be more difficult to find then say, in Wahington DC. You would need to actively find internships over the summer.

I think if you love the school, going Pol Sci undergraduate would be fine, depending upon where you plan to go after graduation. My son has a friend who recently graduated in Pol Sci at Lehigh (top of his class) and is now at UPenn Law School.
