Pomona AP Policy

<p>This is what I did, and it’s working out very well. Although I should point out that some coursework may be repeated, because some departments offer more rigorous introductory courses that are also mandatory. Also, she may, like me, chose to retake a class to ensure solid footing before jumping straight into the upper level classes here.</p>

<p>I know that only 2 credits can count towards graduation, but can they count towards a major/minor?</p>

<p>All courses used to satisfy the requirements for a major need to be taken for a letter grade. I don’t know about minors but would assume the same.</p>

<p>Does a score of 4 on an AP test count, and can the 2 AP credits be in the same field?</p>

<p>Anyone knows if a 5 in Physics B will be accepted as 1 credit? or 0.5? or none? thx!</p>
