I am in class 12 now.
I got
6.4 CGPA in class 9
7.2 CGPA in 10
I did really bad in Class 11 i.e. I got only 62% but I know I can score 85%+ in class 12 boards as I am working really hard now at least better than before. So will these poor grades and marks will hinder my admission in getting into good US universities.I am a NON-MeD student with subjects PCM and computer science . I want to do Computer Engineering some good school.I am not aiming for a big university like MIT or Princeton but something good.
I am preparing for SAT 1,TOEFL,SAT 2 and giving these in october, august, november respectively
GUYS I AM IN A GREAT SORT OF TROUBLE PLEASEE HELP ME OUT
Guys I’d really appreciate if you take out a minute, and put forth your opinion or suggestion.
I think you can definitely make it to some of the state schools like SUNY Stony Brook or Birmingham. Just make sure that you get your 85% and a 2000+ on your SATs and these schools won’t really care about your grades (no matter how much they insist it is holistic). Also, if you aren’t looking to go somewhere super prestigious, SAT 2s aren’t really required. As far as I recall (and I might be wrong), only 35 of the best schools require those. As long as you’re targeting decent-but-not-the-best schools, you’d be better off writing your SAT 1 twice.
I’m Indian but schooling in Singapore, and I’m really nervous regarding poor high school grades but excellent GCSEs. I’m a full pay intl, with a 2070 sat (superscore) with Purdue as
