<p>Thanks for posting that article, epiphany... wow, if that goes through, then it's going to be harder than ever to get into the UC campus of your choice, let alone be eligible for guaranteed admission to one.</p>

<p>Not as much of a chance as CA residents, because the UCs are state schools.
It said in the article it hasn't gone through yet though, so I think the class of '09 will be ok.</p>
