Post here if you are going to be commended or a semifinalist. Give your score.

235 - im a sophomore though so it doesnt really matter.

jimbob, are you swapi :) lol

203 commended i hope............................. :(

you should be commended.

really? i hope so. i want to get SOMETHING out of the psat, and make up for it on the real SATs

203 last year was commended. It should also be this year.

i thought last yr was 202. someone in my school got it with a 201 so........ eh wutever. i jus hope 203 is good enuf

i'm pretty sure it was 203. People are posting that it was a 203 last year.

if it was 203 last yr, wont it go to 204 this yr???? will i miss the cutoff??

202 last year, 100%

229 IL most likely semi 216 = last years cutoff

you'll make it. The cutoff will never be above 222. 229 is really high. Nice job.

236; Texas; junior this year; probably a semifinalist though it won't really matter much.

224- commended definitely, according to numberone, so will semifinalist (yay!)

man, this sucks. i got a 76 on math. but I only miss one question. it was a write-in hard one. i missed it b/c i absent-mindedly put a subtraction sign instead of an addition one. but whatever. just missing one ? and i got a 76. but i read that soemone got a 75 or so and s/he missed 3???????? grr.

is it really anything much at all to be commended?

I don't think it is possible to miss 3 and get a 75....PSAT math has a brutal curve.

Um, the whole NMS thing isn't THAT impressive...to tell the truth. Get a good score on the real SAT.

3 wrong on the psat for math is a 72. I checked it up.

234, Tx, Nmsf

236, ohio, nmsf

214, NV. I haven't seen my offical score report yet, but my counselor just told me. She said that I'd most likely be NMSF, but can't promise it. Will it say on my official score report (I'll get it Monday)? I got in the 98th percentile. 80 on math...67 on the other two sections :(. Thanks!

According to a list that's been floating around, the cutoff for NV last year was 207 and the year before a 204. If it follows the pattern, you'll get NMSF for sure (but no, it won't say on the score report - you just get a letter in the mail in August when they announce cutoffs).
