■■■. I suck at test taking

I had my wisdom teeth pulled a few days before the October Sat IIs. On hydrocodone painkillers: Math II: 610, Physics: 560, US Hist: 640

*Took it again this month and did a little better

Math II: 630(This is ridiculous) Physics: 650(Very surprised) US History: 700(Quite Pleased)

I have 1970. I should have done better.

640 V 680 M 650 W.

Ok, don’t laugh please… but I got terrible SAT II’s:
630 - Lit.
500 - Math I

Lit isn’t too bad, but I can’t believe I bombed math so bad!! I’m not applying to an Ivy or anything, I just decided to take the subject tests very last minute because I’m applying to a couple schools that require it (ie: BU).

I’m not tooooo worried though, my other test scores, ECs, essays, recs, etc. are pretty strong and other than these tests I think I’ll get into BU… hopefully

Holy crap that sucks!
I got an 800 Math II, and I didn’t study a second!

What do you mean you didn’t study for it? By definition, going to school means you studied math so you are claiming that you never went to school?

CR510 WR590 M790 are these low scores or average for an international student? I scored 105 on the Toefl test.

For me:
PSAT: 239 with one off on reading
BUT
my December scores were 2260!!!
i got 660 on CR because I was taking cold medecine that made me really woozy.
Do you guys know other people with the same situation?

M: 490 GAHHHH!!
CR: 640
WR: 710

I wish I could have broken a 1900 at least…

Math: 800
CR: 800
Writing:780 GAhhh!!!

I wanted the 2400!!!

^ lol

Hello. My name is Steven, and I recently became a member of this website. In January of this year, I took the SAT for the first time, and I received a score of 1250. Of course, it is not a great score, but it is rather an “average” score. In the “reading” section, I received a score of 370. In the “math” section, I received a score of 380. Finally, in the writing section, I received a score of 450. I am a senior in high school, and I am currently applying to colleges.

740M
670CR
770W
2180 Total

After I get my March scores back though I’m expecting my superscore to jump over 2250.

A while back but…
1920 total (don’t remember the breakdown)…but had a 33 on my ACT. This ACT score is supposed to translate to a 2200 SAT.

Lesson learned…don’t study for the SAT like you do the ACT!

But I’m in college now, so no one cares what either score was.

Steven…I don’t think 1250 is average…

I thought that 1500/2400 was average and anything above that was above average.
