Postcard/Likely letter

Has anyone received the post card/likely letter yet this year?? on their blog, W&M said that they started sending them out last week and i was wondering if anyone had already started to receive them!

Our son got one last Friday or Saturday.

@RCLVRR, several people have commented on the blog that they’ve received them. We send them out weekly for a few weeks so more will be coming

Any one from the Northeast get one yet?

I got mine today :)

West coast anyone?

I’m from southeast VA so I’d probably be among the first to get one

Any one from nor cal yet?

My Daughter just received hers today - we are in Delaware.

My daughter received one on Friday, we’re in northern VA

I didn’t know William & Mary sent out likely letters! No one from my school who applied has mentioned getting one and we usually send quite a few to W&M.

My daughter got one today. We live in Minneapolis, MN

Got one today in PA. Does anyone have any idea how many people are rejected after getting one?

Got one today in the mail in Northern California, very excited!

i live in maryland outside of DC…havent received anything yet:( anyone in a similar position?

@heycall123 I’m with u! although i received an email a few days ago saying that my app was complete so maybe thats why considering they’re sent out on a sort of rolling basis… although i had perviously received one like in the beginning of january saying that it was complete. who knows.

From NJ, just got mine today. They’ve been doing this for several weeks now so I’m sure this is rolling.

@TDenverFan I’m with you. I received a postcard, but people convinced me that since it’s a likely letter, there’s a chance W&M will not admit me since it’s unofficial. Is that true? =((

what exactly is the likey letter? like what does it say?

I got one in Florida today! @heycall123, it basically says that W&M expects to admit you in the spring. Mine also had a handwritten note from an adcom on it, saying that I am a great writer and that she hopes to see me at W&M. A lot (almost half) of it was actually explaining what the design/cypher on the front of the postcard signified, lol.
