I'm a white, male high school student currently living in California at a public school (ranked nationally as a top 200 of U.S. public schools for 2013 by USNews). I'm hoping to get accepted into UCLA or USC when I apply next year, so I was wondering how much I'd need to improve this year to be likely.

SAT Score : 2090 Composite
CR : 640
M : 770
W : 680

No SAT IIs yet, but I'll probably take the Math 2, and I expect to get at least a 700.

GPA for both freshman/sophmore combined : 3.75
This year I'm taking my first AP class (AP Physics B) and so far they're going really well. I'll probably get a 4.16, or a 4.0 in the worst case.

I've been doing a lot of volunteer hours at a library and a food bank, and I expect to get between 100 and 150 by the time college apps come around. I was on JV Tennis for a semester, but then I moved schools and never got back into it. Before this year, I didn't really get involved in any clubs, but I've joined 3 so far this year, and I expect to do the same next year for involvement.

If it's really that bad, I think I /might/ be able to bump my SAT score up to 2150-2200, but it isn't likely. I want to major as a Computer Science major, so I'm not sure if it's alright that my CR/W scores are low since my Math was high.

I really want to go to either of those schools, and I'd rather know where I stand now because there still are opportunities to improve. Let me know if I missed any information that's needed to, and thanks in advance!
