I can't chance you without a more detained description of your numbers and your commitment to your clubs (length of participation and degree of participation).

As far as I can tell you GPA is about:3.78

how could u ask us to chance you when all u got is a freshmen GPA? I've seen people going from 4.0 to 3.2 and vice versa. you don't have any test scores either. ECs don't mean anything until you actually did something with them. for example winning a local or regional competition for mathlete, or promoting a cause for students against caner. it's just fluff if you just join and schools can kinda tell what is fluff and what is not. even as a junior you would be too early to ask us to chance you so don't come back til June 2010.

Thanks for the help. i just wanted to know what i could do in the future to help my chances of getting accepted.

It's applaudable that you are gearing yourself towards university at such an early stage. I wish someone had given me a bit more insight into what Mattered and what didnt etc for college. Despite being a 'senior' I'm still a bit clueless myself. Just stick with ECs that you are passionate about (avoid the fluff as was previously stated) and maintain good grades and do you best on SATs when the time comes. What more can you really do?

^Exactly. Also, one thing I wish I'd been prepared for was the SAT 2s. I didn't know about these, and only took AP USH and AP Stats junior year, so all I was really prepared for in June was Math 2 and USH. Make sure you're in a diverse array of APs junior year. Had I known, I would have taken AP chem as a junior, and honors physics as a senior instead of the other way around-then I would have been able to get good scores in math, history, and science, not just the first two. And yeah, avoid fluff.
