Are the practice SAT questions from the SAT booklet similar to the real SAT? The Writing seemed easier than the ones in the blue book, that or I improved.

The questions in the blue book are actual previous SAT questions, cobbled together to make complete tests. So they're real, although I'm not sure as much for writing since that's a relatively new section.

what about the SAT booklet they have online?

No idea. Haven't seen that one.

It really depends. One SAT can seem so much easier than your practice tests, and others can seem like nothing you've ever seen before(especially with math). Don't trust practice tests and their scores because you can score a lot differently than what you're getting on the practice tests.

but its the collegeboard sat booklet

I didn't say they were totally different. They are the exact same type of questions you will see, but the element I implied was luck. You can come across HARD level questions that are something that you know, but then you can come across a question that you would never be able to solve even if you had 30 minutes to solve it. That's just how the SAT is. Same goes for CR. What if I came across a vocab section that had all the words of the 1000 that I studied? What if it had none? Sure they're accurate tests, but you won't have the same mentality when you're taking the test as well as the same type of questions.

The test in the booklet is the real one, March 2005 to be exact.
If you can get your hands on the last year booklet, you'll find yourself a copy of the January 2006 SAT.
