<p>You have to write an optional essay when applying regularly to Michigan. If you get into the program, then you are required to take a few core classes and maintain at least a 3.3 GPA in the college of your choosing during your freshman year.</p>
<p>And after freshman year you are guaranteed as spot in Ross?</p>
<p>If you maintain the 3.3, yes. If you don’t get in as a preferred admit you will have to apply after your freshman year, but a spot is not guaranteed.</p>
