pre-biz econ dilemma

Hey i'm a junior xfer pre biz econ student and I am doing TERRIBLY in my econ11 class

to get into the major, then, would it be wise to intentionally do poorly at this point and retake the class next quarter versus getting a c/c+ and soiling my GPA?

do i have any other options?

tia

lol dont do it...
im in the same boat. just try to ace the test next time and there's always final!

Do you happen to have McDevitt?

I think there's some requirement about having a 3. something overall gpa... so that C/C+ may make you ineligible for busecon.

If you did bad on Mcdevitt's first test... good luck improving on the second and the final.... The first test is by FAR the easiest exam for Mcdevitt's Econ 11.

hes not taking McDevitt but i am
and gotta disagree with Colin
i think his second test is wayyy easier than the first one
r u taking him right now?
we just had second midterm today

I agree with emucla, second test was easier than the first... but mainly, it seemed a lot shorter.

yea i think he was being nice to us. he probably heard a lot of ppl saying that the midterm was too huge and there wasn't enough time. so this time...it was kinda short. i saw alot of ppl left early
