<p>I go to a different type of high school. I'm majoring in Information Technology. I already completed Principles of Info Tech, Advanced Web Tools, PC Repair, Advanced webs tools 2 with animation, and this year it's all Programming. I took Algebra I, Geometry and Algebra 2. I don't need to take pre-calc, but I can if I want.</p>
<p>What I want to do is to take out pre-calc for Video Production. Video is a big interest for me, but again, I don't know if it's worth missing pre-calc for it. </p>
<p>The bottom line: Can I get into a decent computer science/information tech program at a college without taking pre-calc now? </p>
<p>Other info: Straight A's (averages to A at end of semester, only 2 B's counting quarters), no disciplinary records, in 2 clubs, 1440 on SATs, passed HSPAs. </p>
