Pre Calc Proficiency Test

Well alright...

So I still have yet to contact the testing services (they're busy I think) to hopefully see if there was a mistake on their part, because I just know I didn't get 15 wrong (usually I look down upon myself and all, but I kind of went over each of the problems at least 4 times and did the practice packet) on that test. But all in all I think what I may end up just doing is taking the Pre Calc proficiency test so I can skip the class in order to go to Calc I.

Has anyone ever tried the test? I took Pre Calc my junior year and I'm taking AP Calc AB (I didn't take the exam) right now as a senior and I'm kind of nervous. Anything that I should really do? I'm considering going to my Pre Calc teacher and renting the textbook, but I feel like there might be some really complexed problems that our school's Pre Calc didn't delve into.

I hear its the same final as the Pre Calc that is offered in the spring semester though. And I think you need to get a B or higher.

Check out this: [Mathematics Department - Math 115 - Precalculus College Mathematics](<a href=“Error Page - 404”>Error Page - 404)

It has the 1998 final and practice problems. You will probably see something like that if anything.
