What is your overall GPA? If you just give us one grade we can’t help you. I suggest you look at some other posts like this.
If this is your first semester grade and if you pass the second semester with a C or higher, then you have validated the grade and course, however the D will calculated into your CSU GPA unless you repeat. You can also validate the whole year of Spanish 2 by passing Spanish 3, but again unless you repeat the course, the D will be calculated into your CSU GPA if you are a Sophomore/Junior. If you are a Senior, then the CSU’s you applied may have cause for rescinding your acceptance.
You should repeat it over the summer.
