<p>is it really stupid to be a pre med at u chicago due to the harsh gpa curve?</p>

<p>i think of myself as a capable students with average stats for most elite schools 1450 sat 3.7 gpa </p>

<p>but i am really concerned about my GPA for U of Chicago. is it really hard to earn med school gpa at chicago? am i better off going somewhere else?</p>

<p>I heard that med schools know about the chicago gpa thing and make allowances accordingly, but I'm not sure. You know they will take students with slightly lower gpa at chicago than from your typical university.</p>
