Pre-Pharmacy / Pre-Dental Schools

Hello, I was wondering if someone could tell me a list of good pre-pharmacy and pre-dental schools..
still deciding whether i want to be a pharmacist or a dentist..

my GPA is 4.0 (non-AP)
but my ACT score isnt that great.. (trying to improve)
and I haven't done SAT subject tests yet..

my EC is okay and in addition, i'm not an american citizen (does that affect anything?).

thanks!

UNC-Chapel Hill
Minnesota - Twin Cities
Texas - Austin
Ohio State
Kentucky
Michigan - Ann Arbor
Washington
Purdue
Arizona
Florida
Illinois - Chicago
Maryland - Baltimore County
Wisconsin - Madison

These are the top pharmacy programs according to US News

thank you~~~~

Also check out Marquette.

What's your ACT score? I can pin-point you to a school better that way. I am pre-dental so I basically know every school out there with a pre-dental program.

It’s actually just Maryland - Baltimore. There’s a huge difference between UMBC ([UMBC: An Honors University in Maryland](http://www.umbc.edu/)) and UMB ([UMB](http://www.umaryland.edu/)). UMB is just professional schools, so it isn’t possible to do pre-pharmacy or pre-dentistry there.

If you’re interested in a smaller school, you may want to look at Ursinus College near Philadelphia. My grandfather (who was a dentist) went there way, way back in the day. It’s less selective than most top LACs but has a 90% acceptance rate to med school - I’m sure its dental/pharmacy rates are similar. There’s also a lot of pharmaceutical research going on in that area.
