<p>I know you don’t technically have to send in a prescreen but has anyone? If so how long did it take you to hear back?</p>
<p>I know I’m not answering your question, but I just want to say that I LOVED the way they made pre-screens optional. It really is an applicant-friendly way to approach this. There are advantages and disadvantages of pre-screens (from an applicant’s view) and I love that they see it just that way and let YOU decide!!! A little out of the box and I love that.</p>
