<p>As I recall, Colburn is one of the later schools, so if you need to make travel arrangements, you might consider contacting them to see where they are in the process.</p>

<p>For anyone that needs help navigating Downtown Los Angeles feel free to ask me! I am a performing arts student at the Colburn School. If you guys have auditions, my favorite hotel to recommend which is LITERALLY RIGHT NEXT DOOR to the school is the Omni Hotel. Another local favorite is the Wilshire-Grand Hotel which is less than 5 blocks from the school.</p>

<p>@nyboundsoprano - When is your audition date for Eastman? I’m still waiting to hear from them and my requested audition date was February 3. Curtis sent me an email last week saying the voice faculty was meeting January 8-10 to discuss the prescreenings, so the results will probably be sent pretty soon, I hope!!!</p>

<p>@bigbigpig you can practice at Colburn. You can ask the front desk if you can get a practice room and if they give you a hard time let me know. I’ll come and get you a practice room. They are usually lenient</p>
