<p>I recently took the December SAT and scored a 2390 (790 Reading, 800 Math, 800 Writing). Would this qualify me for the Presidential Scholar's program, or would I have to get a 2400?</p>

<p>You need a greencard or citizenship to qualify. Since they only consider reading and math, some states where people need 1600 will rule you out provided you have a residency in a state in US.</p>
