pretty vs. pretty

I wanted to know which campus would be more ideal for me, Pepperdine or loyola marymount? I live in california, and both are in good locations. I know both are religious affiliated, but which is more "Serious". Im not religious that much, but I do respect religion as a whole. If I were to go to these schools would I have to be seriously hardcore? I have one more fee waiver, and its between these two schools. My major would be film production. I know both are beautiful campuses, with pepperdine being named most beautiful. Which is more realistic for me? More fun, social and not too hardcore on religion. I already applied to ucs
and csu's that's why im working on the privates.
My Stats:
Gpa:3.8 UW 4.04 W
Sat_1480 (low i know)
Act:to be determined
Rank:43 out of 519
Ec's: a lot don't want to list them, mostly involve working with kids.
Religion:none really
So what would be a better fit for me?

Your SAT places you at about the 49th percentile, which is pretty mismatched with your class rank. Have you thought about trying the ACT?

Pepperdine would be harder to get into than Loyola. Try to get your SAT to a 1800+. If you are a senior I would try to take the SAT/ACT for Dec just in time for Jan deadlines. Good luck dude. Sat scores arent everything but they are really important.

I put on there ACT: to be determined, so YES im taking the ACT in december. I can’t retake the SAT, because I have no money to pay for it. I already took it twice. Didnt study for either, which would explain my score.

@Chancemaster: my Score is low because A: I didn’t study B: I have easy classes that dont prepare me for squat. C: I basically have subs 24/7 so I dont learn anything.
My rank is high because I go to a “disadvantage” school where everybody gets bad grades, and I gets A’s easily. I already took it twice, I’m not taking it again. I’m taking the ACT though.
