<p>I am ready for a rejection but I would be shocked to get flat out denied. Realistically, I am thinking I will be deferred. Only in my dreams do I receive acceptance letters (literally)</p>

<p>I’m applying to (if I get deferred/rejection) MIT, Cornell, Yale, RPI, and U of Maryland: College Park</p>
<p>All of them are wonderful, and even though Princeton is #1 for me, it wouldn’t be the end of the world if I didn’t get accepted.</p>

<p>My contingency schools are Boston University, Northeastern University, American University, and Stony Brook University if I don’t get into Princeton tomorrow. Of course, that means another weekend of college application supplements, but whatever. Good luck to everyone tomorrow!</p>

<p>As for the email time thing, so far on this thread there have been more 38’s than either 36’s and 39’s. So does this mean 38’s are the deferrals?</p>

I learned however that this type of thinking has something to do with human psychology; we’re always trying to find explanations for events that sometimes are simply unexplainable and random. I believe there is no correlation</p>
<p>But other than 36, 38, 39 each of the other two has only appeared once on here…so they may be delayed 36 and 39’s?</p>
