private school exception to REA?

<p>would upenn's huntsman international studies and business program apply? it's a special academic program, however, i can't seam to find whether it has any early deadlines... any clue how to find that out? and what about scholarships? say i want to apply early just because and the deadline isn't early, that doesn't apply, right?</p>

<p>on the other hand, do you think it's wise to apply early to stanford? on the basis of competition, do you think overachieving stanford applicants would prefer applying early? would i be up against the very best? i mean, i'm aware stanford is highly competitive either way, but will it be more so with the early action process?</p>
