I've sent several emails to Harvard (PIN email address) to retrieve my PIN, but I only have gotten "access-denied" emails (or no replies at all).

Those "denied" emails are definitely automated, but I don't know about the "PIN-giving" emails since I didn't get replies for about 5 of my 8 emails sent.

Is Harvard just not ready to give our PINs yet? (after Nov 1?)
Or is there something wrong with my hotmail address or whatever?

I received my pin fine by e-mailing to Harvard. Assuming that you have already sent your application, just remember to e-mail them with only your first and last name and whatever other directions are posted on the site. Since you have hotmail, you may want to check your junk mail. If you still cannot receive your pin through e-mail, just wait for about a week or so after you send your application and your pin number will come in the mail. Good luck!

Yeah... I'm not sure when you submitted your application, but you should receive a letter in the mail with your PIN in it.
It could be that you are trying to retrieve it too early.

MusikAznGirl, was the reply mail (with your pin) automated??
or did a Harvard representative personally email you?

ugghh..doesn't work.
Did you put your name in captal letters, like "JENNIFER LOPEZ"

Okay, be sure to e-mail Harvard @ admpin@fas.harvard.edu with your email. in the mail, put "PIN" in the subject line & your name (first and last; for ex. "Jennifer Lopez") in the body. Then send. If you still have trouble, just wait a couple of days and try again. Your pin will come through the mail anyway.

Also, since you have hotmail, be sure to check your junk mail. That's where my e-mails from Harvard got sent to at first & I use Hotmail as well.
