<p>I sent an email to SFS with my parents' tax returns and other forms but I can an email back saying that it didnt go through and that the message size exceeded the limit or something like that. I sent it in a pdf format, and the email address is right, so I dont know what the problem is. Did anyone else have this issue?</p>
<p>It probably means the file size of the PDF is too large. Usually a safe size is 10MB or less. Try searching the web for a PDF compressor.</p>
<p>Yeah, agreed with SchmecktEs. gjo2012, your file is too large–the e-mail address, all of those other factors, are fine.</p>
